Educational Visit to Maharishi Ayurveda Hospital, Delhi is planned for the Members of NU Asian Lenses Forum on Sunday Sept 28, 2014 to understand and appreciate closely  the great ancient herbal based medicinal system of India – Ayurveda.

Members will get opportunity to benefit from the discussions on Ayurveda concepts and principles and by demonstration of Ayurvedic treatment by Ayurveda experts during the visit.

During the visit, Members of Asian Lenses Forum,  will be attended by Dr. Saurabh Sharma, Bhartiya Chikitsak Ratna Awardee, Head and Medical Superintendent, Maharishi Ayurveda Hospital, Delhi and Advisor NIIT University’s Asian Lenses Ayurveda Health Club.

Student’s Contribution’s To NU’s Asian Lenses Forum

Students of NIIT University not only participate enthusiastically in NU’s Asian Lens Forum activities but has always contributed effectively in making the Asian Lens events not only successful but also memorable. In this regards, the contributions of Prachi Singh & Ashima Goel is quiet appreciable for their effective contributions in  making Hindi Learning sessions valuable for NU’s Asian Lens Japanese Forum members. The role of Prachi Singh, Divya Saran Kurian, Sreyash R Tripathi, is worth mentioning for their effective contributions in enriching NU’s Asian Lens Newsletter Column through their research write - ups. Moreover, names of Prachi Singh, Ruchika Kapoor, Sanya Mittal, Akshat Agarwala needs special mention as Rapporteur who covered the various events of Asian Len Forum.  Divya Saran Kurian’s regular column on Asian Flora and Fauna is worth appreciating. The Contributions of Sushmita Singh, Amrit Bagga, Deepansh Mody, Ekta Tiwari, Tanya Ghumman, Pravit Tuteja & Vineet Patwari deserves special acknowledgement for their effective contributions in NU’s Asian Lens Ayurveda Health Club. The contribution of Sarthak Kapoor, Sushmita Singh for handling NU’s Asian Lens Social Media is praise worthy. The contribution of Sreyash R Tripathi, Nikita Mangla, K Venugopalan & Alistier Noel Xver in making NU’s Asian Lens events musical deserves rounds of applause.  The contribution of Saurabh Madaan, Amit Bhadra in capturing Asian Lens events for posterity through their photography skills is worth appreciating. All the above named students are from the B. Tech. and have been constantly contributing in making the activities and events of Asian Lens Forum successful through their unique contributions and participations.
